Bad habits. We all have them. Puppies are no dfferent. In our Problem Solving classes, we work with you to discourage dogs from exhibiting bad habits as well as showing you how to prevent your new pup from developing new ones.
Destructive Chewing This is a habit that is very common to pups. More often than not, this is caused by the pup seeking attention, positive or negative. We'll teach you how to properly react.
Grab and Chase Dogs tend to steal anything... from food on tables and countertops to clothing and garbage. New owners very quickly get tired of running after their pup. We'll show you how to avoid those headaches and teach your pup manners.
Digging Spring... everyone looks forward to getting out in the backyard and planting flowers and shrubs, right? New pup owners aren't usually quite so excited about Spring when their new pup digs up all the flowers they just spent an afternoon planting. We'll show you how to train your dog to respect their environment and allow you to enjoy your outdoor space.
Excessive Barking We'd like to emphasize that excessive barking is a way for dogs to communicate: whether sounding an alarm, happy to see a friend, or just calling it's owner out of boredom. We have a very efficient technique for dealing with excessive barking that teaches the pup or dog to not excessively bark. All in a very humane way.
Happy to See... Everyone! Pups are usually very enthusiastic when meeting people. They tend to jump up on passerbys, visitors or your bed in the morning. We will show you how to correct this behaviour and coach you how to prevent it from happening when walking your pup or dog.
